I first started in the fitness industry in Germany, coaching children and young adolescents in advanced swimming techniques. I oversaw programming and coach development.

Most recently, I graduated with a Master‘s of Science from Arizona State University, where I had a focus on Strength & Conditioning.

I received my Bachelor‘s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science from New Mexico State University.

In my free time, I like to hike, travel around the world and enjoy spending time with my husband. I am always open to experiencing new adventures.
