2. MVP Tier Study Package Pass Guarantee:
- Our MVP packages come with a Pass Guarantee for certification exams.
- If a customer purchases an MVP-Tier package and fails the certification exam, they are entitled to a full refund of the package cost.
- To claim the refund under the Pass Guarantee, the customer must provide the official documentation showing they have taken the exam and received a failing grade.
- The request for a refund under the Pass Guarantee should be made within 30 days of receiving the exam results. Please send the relevant documentation to the support chat in the bottom right of the screen or to the email [email protected].
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If payments are made through Paypal, please provide the Paypal email associated with the account, or if it is the same as the Trainer Academy account, make sure to inform the support agent.
- After a 48-hour window refund is processed, access to any course materials associated with the purchase will be revoked.
- Study package privileges are not revoked in the case of a failed exam refund.
