We are subject matter experts when it comes to all of the above certifications and the study material that they contain. We stay up-to-date on any changes to any of the certifications in order to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
We hold a wide variety of Fitness certifications. For any certification that we talk about or create study materials for, we have at least two staff members that hold the certification and 5+ years of teaching the material.
