Nick Benhoff Experience
Nick Benhoff is a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, and freelance writer. Nick first started in the fitness industry, coaching generally [population clients for a big box gym. After finding success there, Nick pursued strength and conditioning in the private sector, training youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Becoming a Director and Manager in his company, Nick was in charge of programming and coach development. Most recently, Nick has been hired as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Lebanon Valley College in Lebanon, PA.
Nick received his master’s degree from California University of PA, where he had a dual focus in rehabilitation sciences and sport psychology. Nick is continuing his education with a Ph.D. from RMU in Health and Human Performance and hopes to find work as a professor of exercise science.
In his free time, Nick is an avid reader and hiker and enjoys spending time with his wife, dog, and guinea pig.
