Eric Blake is a boot camp, HIIT, circuit, strength instructor, and personal trainer. He trains youth to D1 athletes throughout the DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia areas. Eric currently operates his own training business as well as works with SVETNESS (mobile training company), where he trains clients in their homes, outside, or gym of their choice, and he frequently works with the elderly and individuals who have been released from physical therapy. Eric also owns and operates a Mold, Water, and Smoke restoration company.

Eric attended Bowie State University, where he played Division II Basketball for four years where he started and majored in Business Administration and minored in Art. After his basketball career ended at BSU, Eric was an Assistant Basketball Coach for one year. Men’s and Women’s Basketball official for MBOA for college, high school, and youth leagues.

In Eric’s free time, he loves drawing, dancing, singing, hiking, mountain bike riding, cycling, reading, and journaling, and still engages in basketball, baseball, and football leagues. Eric works out with his family to make sure a healthy lifestyle is a part of their daily lives. He also tries to educate his community on the importance of sustaining a healthy lifestyle by speaking and giving back to his community.
