As a company, we have helped over 10,000 personal trainers, certified strength and conditioning coaches, and nutrition coaches study for and pass their fitness exams.
Some of these certifications that we help people pass include multiple NASM exams (CPT, CES, PES, and CNC), NSCA exams (CPT and CSCS), ISSA (CPT and nutritionist), the ACE CPT, the NCSF CPT, and the ACSM CPT.
We are subject matter experts when it comes to all of the above certifications and the study material that they contain. We stay up-to-date on any changes to any of the certifications in order to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information.
We hold a wide variety of Fitness certifications. For any certification that we talk about or create study materials for, we have at least two staff members that hold the certification and 5+ years of teaching the material.
All our staff members have a minimum of a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology. Multiple of our members have master’s degrees in a wide spectrum of exercise science specialties.
